pre-filled hcg syringes dosed to high

I just got put on hcg with my Nebido as a part of a fertility program.

They are called ovitrelle 250 and are 6500 iu in 0.5 mg syringes

I am told to use half a syringe once a week, that comes out as 3250 iu´s per shot

Being that they are prefilled it makes it a bit hard to dilute them, got any advice?

Or do I just go with it and see what that does to me, I am not very keen on it. Don´t want to get any E2 sides.

I am not totally up to speed on the use of hCG for fertility but I do know that doses at the levels you are taking is pretty much common.

The protocol is short term compared to hCG use in a TRT protocol.

E2 concern is very valid and consider that intratesticular E2 is not controlled with an AI very well.

Do some research.

Whoah!!!! My bad!!! You stated right in your post that this was for a fertility program, I totally missed that, disregard what I said earlier as I was thinking strictly HRT protocol not "fertility". If your working with a fertility doc. then you should talk to him about your concerns and follow his directions, again sorry for the misunderstanding and disregard my first post.

No worries JD, I am looking at the HRT doses as well so a valid addition you made there.
Since we have found out how much we can use without to many sides while on HRT we must second guess the effects of such high doses during fertility treatments. They may be what is needed there but if it comes with massive side effects I might ask if the FSH and smaller HCG doses wouldn´t make for a good start.

And yeah there is no AI nor so much as a mention of the possibilities of E2 problems.

Hopefully more will pitch in on the matter

Ok I am just going to go out and get some large vials and empty one syringe in with some bact. water.

If it mixes well and feels ok after a while I am going to try to even things out a bit.

any updates on how you are getting on with the nebido bigice? , i get my second shot next week (loading dose) , not noticed any sides as yet.

I was on a similar protocol for fertility after being pulled off of hrt by my doc. I was on 2000 IU every Monday Wednesday and Friday. After two months of this my LH was .6 and my FSH was .6 and my current doc said my leydig cells down regulated. At first I felt great but then after about a month I felt like total crap again. Now I'm back on low-dose testosterone and low dose HCG everyday. Just my experience though.

I love everything there is about being on Nebido.

I just had my fourth shot and I almost never think about anything related to this problem of mine anymore, I feel cured.
I just feel normal. Just feel great really.

All the issues I had with Testogel are gone. I sleep better. I am stronger. I look better. I perform better in bed. Everything about the way I feel on a daily bases is better.

Adding the HCG has had no impact that I know of, or at least none that I feel or am aware of.

Now IMO Nebido is not going to make any of use feel like we are on a cycle or give us gains higher than that we would have if we were healthy. BUT it has made me feel like "normal"

I recover after being at the gym much faster then before

After reading about the issues some are having with cyp. enth. and alike I think that Nebido or a drug like it is going to replace all other treatments for low test.
