    Question haloteston question?

could halotestin be used as a pre-workout supplement to increase energy. And would a low dose be effective (10 mgs) as apposed to 30 or 40 by bodybuilders for contest prep?

I took halo at 50mgs about an hour or so before workouts. Thought the aggression that I heard it caused would help me with workouts while I was dieting. Didn't notice any aggression, and no real boost for workouts. Made me stronger though. But I was running multiple compounds at the time so I can't chalk it up to the halo alone. Hope that helps.

I ran 40mg's halo before a workout once and my breathing was all out of whack. I definately had more aggression but i was constantly out of breath. Wont doit again..... except maybe if I spread the dosage out.

Resurecting an old thread since my search came up with this thread with the exact question in mind...

Basically what he just asked but answering the dosage part. So would 20mg be the sweet spot or could u notice anything at 10mgs??

And, would it help with cardio output due to the added aggresssion at that lower dosage??

    Thanks!
