I could recommend basically anything to get you hard and lean, but i'm not gonna throw an advanced cycle at a newbie, just cause your body needs a bit of time to acclimate to such things...as far as doing test prop with some eq, well eq is a powerhouse of a steroid that has a side effect of increasing ones appetite...so much as to most anyone who cycles it uses it in the off season due to an increase in weight gain. Just some test cyp or enth mixed with a good AI, like anastrozole, will give you great muscle gains and lean you out some with a clean diet and good cardio...I wouldn't recommend 5 miles a day, but a mile or two mixed with high and lower heart rates will strip some fat off
