    NEW Here- just turned 30 havent workedout in years need help

    Hey everyone , Just turned 30 havent workedout in a couple of years im currently a Army soldier and kinda lost my fitness being i left active duty. I would like to take a cycle im not sure what i can take. im at 214 now from 228 just changed my diet . i would like to add lean muscle but stay around 200lbs just make me harder and leaner. heres a few pics

    Height 5,8
    BMI is around 30%

    Quality mass is all about cardio and diet... You can throw on monster bis and tris all day but if you don't have cardio and diet then it will never happen... People will say to "Keep it Lean" I always suggest that people eat like a beast just stay away from garbage like sugar and fast food and soda and such... CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO... Five miles a day on the treadmill plus some bike time after mixed with some Propionate and say EQ and you will be doing great

    There are a shit ton of options out there bro. Whats your cycle history, if any? I could recommend basically anything to get you hard and lean, but i'm not gonna throw an advanced cycle at a newbie, just cause your body needs a bit of time to acclimate to such things...as far as doing test prop with some eq, well eq is a powerhouse of a steroid that has a side effect of increasing ones appetite...so much as to most anyone who cycles it uses it in the off season due to an increase in weight gain. Just some test cyp or enth mixed with a good AI, like anastrozole, will give you great muscle gains and lean you out some with a clean diet and good cardio...I wouldn't recommend 5 miles a day, but a mile or two mixed with high and lower heart rates will strip some fat off

    never been on a cycle a friend told me i should get on winny oral and anavar oral but i dont know
