    Lightbulb Newbie needs advice

    Hello everyone thanks for clicking onto my thread. I hoping to get some knowledge from this post.

    first of all lets start with my history. I am 22 now and when I was 18 I had surgery on my spine for scoliosis. I would like to build those muscles back up.
    what I really want to get out of this is beginning results. I would like to start getting bigger. I'm about 5'9 155 lbs, I work most of the day but i do have some free time to go to the gym, work on cardio etc.. I would like to get bigger not so much worried about being cut. Id there anything in the beginning I should start with. A friend of mine was telling me he would do dianabol 100%test & nandrolone . Anyone have anything to say about that. Again I am a newbie so I don't know what those do.

    This post will probably be edited as I start to learn more.
