    Boxer's Fracture Surgery

I recently broke my 4th and 5th metacarpal bones and had surgery. I am also currently in the last two weeks of my 8 week anavar cycle. My questions are:

    1. Should I keep running anavar or should I immediately jump into PCT? (I bought enough anavar for 14 weeks at 70 mgs so if I stop now I will have 8 weeks at 70 leftover. However, I was planning on running Prop for 10 weeks and anavar for the last 6 weeks of that cycle so I don't need 8 weeks of anavar. But i figured running the anavar would help me in that it would prevent muscle wasting)

    2. Has anyone had this surgery before and do you know how long recovery takes?

    3. Is it okay for me to workout legs, cardio, and core still?

    4. Whats the best way for me to prevent muscle/strength loss?

    5. The injury is on my stronger side, should I continue to work out the weaker side of my body?

    6. What is the best way for me to prevent Muscle loss throughout all of this?

    1. not sure but would suggest to stop if your workout/diet/cardio has significantly decreased since injury but check with someone more knowledgeable with aas.
    2. usually 2 months
    3. any workout where you arnt straining or risking damage to the recovering hand is fine.
    4. if your not using the muscles they will begin to lose size and strength to a certain degree. Use the one you can and don't stress losing size in the ones you can't,it sucks but stressing about it isnt going to help matters. just get back into it when recovered.
    5. If you are already disproportionate than sure why not it may help to even up your weaker side lol. It dosnt really matter, they will even back out when you get back into a regular routine.
