30 years old

219lbs
12-13% BF
I would say im above average for skill level on training
I have a great diet i eat 8 times a day, a diet designed for me by some IFBB bodybuilder who was my personal trainer at the gym i joined
I currently am on Proviron 50mg a day and going to stop in 1 more week... i was using it to get back to feeling normal.. as i was out of the gym for almost 2 years
i currently try to get up and run an hour of cardio every morning at 5:00am low intensity.... and i come back almost every night at around 6pm for an hour of training.
I was currently have Winstrol tabs
im thinking about buying test or tren.. also running some letro due to small gyno "pea sized"
I work in an office and from experience 5 years ago i if i take to much test it makes me a freaking psycho....so i want to keep the levels on the low dosage.. as i just want that extra push nothing to crazy
Thoughts?
how much should i do for how long??
