I never really put two and two together but apparently my cycles are making me sleepy. I used to embrace this and nap it up all the time since I figured it would help muscle growth but I have noticed sleeping all the time has ruined my productivity in the gym/staying on task with meals etc. I notice when takind an eca stack during my cycle I am able to stay up all day and feel more revitalized for my workouts etc. however I'm not sure if this is the best method to combat sleepyness when I switch to a bulking cycle (as eca burns calories). Is there anything else any of you do to combat sleepyness during cycles?

I have heard the theory that an increased red blood cell count can account for this but as i have heard that might not really make sence the way I understand it as people who blood dope purposely increase their red blood cell count in order to improve oxygen transfer/efficiency etc.
