looking for suggested diet for FEMALE who is 5'5" 140lbs - unsure of body fat % or TDEE. i know..not a whole lot to go by..i apologize.
she'll be doing weight resistance training and cardio. she's not looking to "bodybuild" but to lose weight and be "toned."
i did a search and cannot find a template or otherwise suitable diet of around 1000-1200cals.
