I have been seriously lifting for 2 years. I am 19 years old and 175lbs around 9% bf I have hit a plateau. I eat like a horse and train hard. Looking to get a quick boost before beach season comes around.
I am look on starting around a 6 week cycle of halotest 25 for my first ph to give me a boost.
i was gonna run 50/75/75/75/75/75 instead of the 50/50/50/50/50/50/50/50 each week like the bottle says. which is more effective?
for a PCT i was gonna run there Post cycle 2 which supposedly has everything you need in it for 4 weeks
The post cycle 2 is new and has D-Aspartic Acid, horny goat weed, Tribulus, ZMA,Trans Resveratrol,Indole 3 Carbinol,6 Bromo, and Agaricus Bisporus.
I dont really plan on continuing using ph. I just want a quick boost and gains that will stay when i get off of it.
Is that all i need for a PCT?
will i keep my gains with that stack?
