diagnosed with jaw disorder, need some diet advice. fml

long story short i have a jaw problem called tmj, its where your disc in your jaw is out of place and makes your jaw sore, face numb, dizzy and a whole host of problems, ive gotten it under control but its a life long thing and only can be managed. and the primary way to manage it is to eat a soft foods diet

so pretty much my protein sources can come from protein powder/eggs/ fish (chicken and steak and beef are all too hard to chew and can aggravate my symptoms) i cant eat things like sandwiches or almonds or anything of which requires extensive use of the jaw muscles

so what can i do in terms of carb sources? am i doomed to only rice and beans for the rest of my life? i guess i can eat baked potatoes.. any other suggestions?

for most of us, carb intake variety is pretty bland.

for me, rolled oats twice in the morning before gym. a piece of fruit or two after.

    tonight brown rice.

this is my carb intake for the day.
