    recovery

What would be an adequate dosage of anavar to simply increase recovery. Not trying to completely change my body or massive strength gains. I just want to recover from workout to workout faster with maybe slight increase in strength. I'm currently on 20 mg and on day 5 and haven't really felt anything yet(as far as decreased soreness etc). What would be a good dosage? I'm 27. 175 lb. 6'0.

taking only var is a fail.. test should be the base of all cycles.. i think you should stop taking it and research to avoid adverse sides..

No. No disrespect intended, but I am not going to cycle test. I have my reasons. I know the adverse side effects. There have been plenty of successful var only cycles and I refuse to believe in the narrow minded notion that a small dose of var for recovery will mess you up. Due to the mildness of var, I am not worried about severe side effects. Although I will be doing pct of course.

again, I want some feedback to my original question, even if in the opinion of many it is a bad idea. Let's stick to the main subject here.

go to the profiles section, there you can find the var profile and it has recommended dosing in it.. it says 20-80mgs ed u might have to experiment a little to find the dose that you need..
