could anavar have shut me completely down??

hey guys need advice i'm 28 male been taking anavar only at 40mg for about 4 weeks now felt like my sex drive went way down had blood work done and my tot test level came back way low under 100! could this be from my body shutting down from the var and now i need to add test to it?? or is it ultering the blood work because var is not a test form?? please help i feel super strong at gym feel like im getting stronger each workout but that level is super low doesn't make sense to how i feel.
