Daily Panic Attacks after PH cycle. Please help

So a couple years ago I went into complete nutrition and picked up a PH under advise of the worker (Very stupid I know). I went home and thought I did all my research, ordered liqui-nolva and ran the cycle. Soon after the cycle I experienced my first panic attack ever, and now I can't work, and can hardly leave the house. After some research I went to the doc and got my levels checked (Minus E2). My Test levels were pretty low so he put me on TRT.
He wanted me on 400mg/week of Test Cyp, but I have been pinning myself at 100mg/week.

I do feel better overall but the panic and anxiety have not changed. I havent been able to work or really do anything.

I just received my order of clomid and nolva(Pharma).

My endo is re-checking my test levels and (after some convincing) my E2 levels at the end of this month. I'm assuming my E2 is high because I have sore nipples and have found studies on High E2 and panic attacks.

So, what should I do in the meantime to lower my E2 and hopefully start to feel better?? (I have been using Forma-Stanzol for about a month now and my nipples aren't as sore and I have lost some water weight). Any input I can get would be appreciated.

you need AI's like L-Dex, Anastrozole to get your e2 in check. as for the panic attack, are you taking any prescription pain killers? 400mgs per week, damn!!!! seems like you got a handle on the dose, smart move.

Post all of your blood work complete with ranges. Low Cortisol (Adrenal Fatigue) and DHEA levels can cause panic attacks as well as other "out of balance" hormones.

Get your Thyroid checked (everything) --> Cortisol in excess of T3 can cause panic attacks as well.

The Doc prescribed me Paxil and Ativan for the anxiety. I don't take the Ativan, and the Paxil is doing nothing to help.

Free Test: 5.94f 4.70-24.40
%Free Test: 2.38 1.60-2.90
That is all the BW he did. I'll post the next set toward the end of the month.

See the sticky on what panels you want to see tested...elevated SHBG can cause panic attacks similar to elevated E2 as well.

Make sure it's an E2 Sensitive Assay. If you use labcorp let me know I'll give you the proper codes as they can easily mess it up.

Should I try doing the blood test myself by sending them in, or keep trying to talk my Doc into adding more? (I have insurance so BW is free, but my Doc is a pain in the ass)

I'd talk to your doc. It's your health, your BW and insurance is paying for it. As long as you have a logical reason he should not deny you.

Panic attacks and anxiety suck...get your Doc to get you a complete and thorough BW done and post here.

If you decide to stick with Paxil, it may take a few weeks before you see benefits. If you are taking any stimulants like, fat burners or excess caffeine. I recommend stopping it because they can cause you to feel anxious. Good luck!!

I have been on the paxil for around two months now and have just started slowly weaning off of it.

Went to a hypnotherapist last night, so far, so good. Will keep you all updated

Hey man sorry to hear about this. I don't know which is worse 400mg a month or 400 mg a week. Both would be bad. One you would feel awful for most of the month, the other you would feel like a monster unless estrogen got out of control.

Stick through it, be lucky you are able to do things to really look into what is going on. Some people like you experiencing this wouldn't ever know to get testosterone checked and look deeper into the cause.

Thyroid: Ultra TSH is fine but your T4 production is low and conversion to T3, while within the reference range, is low as well. Optimally, you'd like to see both of these in the mid to upper reference range.

Total Testosterone: Well beyond the upper part of the reference range. When was your pull relative to your last administration of Testosterone?

E2: Elevated even for your labs reference reference range. Are you taking an AI to control aromatization? At the very least this serum level should be half or more of what it says.

Cortisol is fine.

Other then very elevated Testosterone levels (would have liked to see bio-available or Free T) and elevated E2 are easily managed and everything else isn't "that" bad.

You should get your Total Test down below 1100 and E2 in the 20 -30's.

The test was done 3 days after I pinned 100mg Test Enth.
