No offence but why are you trying to give advice on other peoples diets when this is yours!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You REALLY need to read the stickies and some other people's logs!

you won't lean bulk if you eat like this...

you need to introduce more solid foods to your diet such as oats, rice, sweet potatoes, lean red meat, chicken, pork etc.

No we don't ALL go on low carb diets and no it doesn't screw your system. Besides, the only carbs your diet has is 'maybe' some bread and some lovely sugary baked beans!!!!!!

the baked beans only has total of 8g of sugar.. if you read properly i eat anything i cant state everything i eat because i eat differently everyday unlike most of the people on here that eat the same food over and over and over and at the same time over n over..

See bold: But you don't really know anything.
It only took a quick search to read your previous posts in other threads, you sound very arrogant.
Time to get down off your high horse and start reading the nutritional stickies.

Erm, doesn't 'every morning' and 'then' infer every day?!

You have no idea how much you are eating of anything. You don't have to eat the same thing every day but if you don't know how much you are eating you are not going to progress in the right manner. I have several interchangeable meals that I can call upon in my lean bulk plan. Did you even look at my lean bulk plan?

Anyhow, you ain't sticking around by the sound of it Si good luck!

Your diet is horrible, even if it is only just "one" of your typical days....The bottom line is you said you want to lean bulk...Yes, you can bulk and limit the fat gain but the thing is no matter if you're doing a "lean" bulk or not it is still bulking which means you will be gaining weight...So either way, you will still have to gain some fat to an extent.

To get where you want you will need to gain a little of weight above what you were looking for and then cut down from there to reach your bodyfat % while keeping as much muscle as possible.
