Pleasw look at my Blood Results and give me your suggestions

Ok I'm newer here and hope I'm not doing anything wrong.
I'm a 34 male, working 60 hours a week. I'm not over weight but I'm actually trying to get my strength and size back that I had 10 years ago. I'm 6'4 210 18% BF. when I was in my mid 20s I was the same weight, looked way bigger because I was at about 9% BF. I don't know if it's from owning my own business and not having the luxury of the chilling, lifting and eating college years but I'm burnt out after a few sets. I still play basketball fine but just lifting I can't get anywhere. The only supps I take are superpump and protein. Back then I took protein, creatine and animal pack. Could that make that much of a difference?

Well I tried getting on a scrip and got 3 different blood tests done in. 3 week intervals. My first test came back as the results below over. 1100 test level. They thought I was using(never touched it in my life) 3 weeks later 700, 3 weeks after that 900. Now I guess my test is there but I don't have energy. They couldn't help me out because I had to be at 500. Now I'm in a pickle. He says my DHEA was low and that could be it. Should I try
some supps for that? Or should I get on cyponate? My boy said he does about a cc a week and is getting great results. Will this benefit me or just upping my test levels will do nothing for my energy ?

My main goal is to get where I used to be. Cut(obvious clean diet) and defined with a little size that doesn't scream captain obvious, he's on gear. I'out appreciated

How is your diet? Are you doing any steady cardio other than basketball and have you had a complete physical lately? Your serum level is awesome. It would be great to know your Free T level and Bio-T if you have it. You can have a 2000 Serum T level but if your Free T is crap, then you have issues. Your shbg level is rather high which means your T is being bound a lot which lowers the amount of Free T available for use. Start supplementing with Vit D as most people in society are low. There are Vit D receptors in every cell in your body. It will help suppress shbg. Also look into Stinging Nettle Root and avenacosides which will also help reduce shbg.

Hard to gauge your E level as no range is given. It does not appear to be a sensitive estrogen assay, which is what you should be getting. Be careful with your adex dosage. E can be crashed very easily. Low E is nasty. I can give you proper code numbers for Labcorp if you use them for the sensitive assay. TSH level is good. You want it under 2.

You may consider hitting the nutrition forum and let some of the guys there go over your diet with you. Changing your lifestyle and diet can make a huge difference for you. Starting AAS or TRT is a very big step. No doc will put you on TRT with the levels you have. AAS is another story but comes with a lot of sides you have to be prepared to deal with. Hit some of the other forums, tweak your diet/supplements and give it some time. I think you'll be fine.

Im not taking any of those products they suggested because I figured it might just be a quick sale for them. I can ask if they received the detailed T blood work.
Thanks for the post I appreciate it, Ill def go post my diet up on the nutrition forum. Unfortunetly my lifestyle cant change, I own my own business and I work 60 plus hours a week, oh how I miss the college slacking days.

By lifestyle I mean nutrition and exercise mostly. If you own your own business you are working your a-s off. Find the time to take care of yourself for you and your family. It pays in the long run....

Diet could go a long way, not only what you eat but when you eat it. For instance, I find that working out in the morning on a relatively empty stomach is ideal for stamina. Meanwhile, if I work out late at night with a fuller stomach, I usually can't push through as many sets. I also usually take in about 500mg caffeine pre-workout.

I guess if I go ahead with the Cyp, it will have to help with recovery, right? If I do the 1cc a week there has to be benefits? I'm not looking to get massive. I want to add 5-10 solid pounds of muscle.

Still really need to see your free T/bio-T. As stated in my earlier post your shbg is high if it's a normal scale. Work it down and you'll have more free T. Free T is what you need. IMO one cc of cyp may only bring you to where you are naturally. Cyp does not compliment your endogenous test, it shuts you down and replaces. 200mg is just a high end trt dosage. Seriously think you should look into lowering your shbg as stated in earlier post. It will help.
