For as many times as times as this very subject has been talked about around here the last couple weeks, you should know this.............. .25 of Aromasin will be all but useless, it is often recommended it be dosed 12.5 mg/eod, but I have found over the last couple months, 10 mg/ED (as Swifto suggests) works much better.

It is recommended that you take it every day at 12.5mg due to its half life. Taking it ed at 12.5 will keep levels steady.
With that said, I've been taking it 25mg eod on my current cycle and have not gotten any estro sides. Only reason Im doing it is because I got a killer deal on the 25mg tabs. Im sure my levels arent as stable as if I were taking it ed @ 12.5mg but it seems to be ok. It actually kinda works out with my prop cycle.

^^^ Did I miss something? I swear everywhere I look, the most common recommendation for Aromasin is 12.5 mg/EOD, not that I agree with that or advise it, 10 ed works great for me, but I just want to make sure I haven't missed a "revision" in common parroting.......lol

The caps are 25mg. I felt like my stomach melted yesterday taking it. Can I split the cap in half an take It 12.5ed. My question is can I just swallow the powder or does it need to recaped? Will it lose effectiveness?

How? its a gelatin cap designed to simply hold shit in it...
The drug is inside . Its not entericoated or slow release or anything special.
Many RC places offer suspension in glycerol/ethanol..

why would you buy cap doses that way. You know they are goin gto be a bitch to use. You could have gotten it from ar-r and had no issues to dose properly
