okay well all this new information that i crammed today just floating around everywhere i cant even explain how excited i am to start this diet regiment (jay cutlers ) has been following this program but there are four different diet regiments, talks about insulin and how IMPORTANT pre workout/ post workout meals are. There is the ISOCALORIC, KETO RUN, AND MODIFIED CARB DROP, gylycogen supercomposition. this book is honestly amazing and i reccomend it to all of you looking for a STRAIGHT FORWARD diet to follow. here is an example he gave.... His first example, "When C.v first came to me in the gym and asked for help, he was tall, very athletic looking young man, his new goals in life were to be able to participate in contests, due to his obvious competetive nature and ability for discipline, i threw him right into a supercompensation cycle. we did a higher calorie keto run for 10 days then loaded him for a full 48 hours. His starting weight was 200 lbs, ended up at 212 lbs. his body fat was at 8.9% and dropped to 8% all NATTYYY!!

my diet im going to start next week for 12 weeks is gonna look like this (hopefully try it all Natty)

week 1- Zig zag, High low/ even calorie, low calorie, spread out for the week.
    week 2- Zig- zag again
week 3 - zig Zag, different each week for days to use low calories, high calories, etc
    week 4-Zig Zag
    week 5- Keto run
week 6- Modified carb drop, low and high
week 7- Modified carb drop, low high
    week 8-Modified carb drop
    week 9- modified carb drop
    week 10-zig zag
    week 11- zig zag
    week 12- zig zag.

it is truely a amazing read and i encourage all of you to read it put my mind in diet soooooo much now that i realized my AAS were just going to Sh***. i read it and he pleaded his cases about how many people he has trained doing these different diet plans and how much muscle and fat decrease has come out of it!!!!!
