Hello everyone, looking for some serious and informational help here.
Let's start with my stats so you know what we are working with there:
33yr old Male, 180lbs. I have been on a very good diet, what I consider to be anyhow for the past 4 weeks. Here is my typical diet layout...
Breakfast - 6 Egg Whites, small bowl of oatmeal
Snack - Banana or some kind of other fruit, oranges..apples etc
Lunch - Usually a grilled chicken breast salad, protein bar, granola etc
Dinner - Asparagus, other veggies, chick or a lean pork
Protein Shake right after workout etc with creatine & glutamine. Currently taking my amino acids, CLA, L-Carnitine, USP Labs Powerful GH Stimulator, USP Labs Pink Magic, & Muscletech Leukic. I currently run 2-4 miles three times a week, and work out 5-6 times a week. I am in what I consider pretty good shape, and am starting to get cut up from a lot of core work outs being adding to my daily routines. I have been cutting out dairy, sugar, and salts to help with the shredding process.
I did my first cycle about a year ago and loved the results, but now I am mentally and physically at a better spot than before. You know how it is, you reached that point where you need the push over the hump, that's where I am at. I've been doing some research and want to put it out there and get input and serious recommendations in regards to what I want to do. If you can provide info, cycle length, injection amounts, frequencies etc, that would greatly help!
I have been looking at doing a cycle of the Ethanate Test (sp?) and a D'bol to start. My goals are that I want to get shredded, gain a few pounds, but avoid the bloating and acne that I got on my back last time I did a cycle. Whether this means changing what I am looking at for a cycle, or what else I should take to limit the side effects etc (anti acne, or anti estrogen pills etc) Also, if you recommend anti estrogen pills or whatever, where do I get if legally available etc. I am looking for serious input only, as you can see I am serious about this. I greatly appreciate your time. Again, the big thing is solid gains, without blowing up like a wood tick. So even if that means lower injection levels to slow the gains in moderation and to control the side effects etc. Thank you for your time!
