Issue on trt

I was injecting 60mg twice a week with .5mg adex the next day everything was fine, quit the AI 3 weeks before the bw

Had bw done test levels where still low so I went to 80mg twice a week without the AI.

Problem is when making love to the wife all of the sudden I want to ejaculate within minutes

Before I would last 20-30 now I'm lucky for 5 lol. Don't feel different I'm not over hyped to get it..

Is this an issue with maybe no AI

Sounds like E2 levels may be better, more sensitivity in the right area. I think if your E2 is elevated or to low it can cause less sensitivity leading to ED. You will probably get use to it.

Dial your E2 levels in even more and ejactulate three times in 20-30 minutes. Ok, you may think I'm joking but I'm not. It worked for me.

Agree that we need BW numbers to discuss this with you. Could be E2 related indeed. Don't rule out prolactin either ... I noticed a big change with ejac time when I would take a dopamine agonist during/after deca therapy. Not sure if you've taken anything like that or not?

Yea I was on 60mg twice a week for like 12 + weeks..

Stopped the AI to see if I even needed it to beginning with 3 weeks before bw, have been feeling a little bloated

My test level was at 275 ng/ml on third day after 60mg injection


E2 was at 39 on a range of 20-50 so thought that was right in but since than I have increased my test and still not taking a AI.

No deca has been taking, I have started to feel better cuz I still felt tired on the 60mg protocol

Maybe start taking at .25mg twice a week ?

its hard to suggest anything without doing some blood work, but if you feel bloated and somewhat tired thats an indication of elevated e2.

just dont see why would you change a regimen RIGHT b4 running bloods...seems like and epedimic...not quite a pandemic but definitely needs to be shown that consistency should be attained GOING INTO bloodworkd...easier to make sense/ammends

i guess time and blood will tell for you....you mention feeling good on the 80 twice a week...thats at least good..

keep it consistent until you make sense of all of it

My endo just dropped me lol.. He stated he wasn't doing anything for me other than giving me a prescription for test..

What happened was when I did blood work for the accutane I did his also, so he said what am I doing am I using steroids lol.. I said no I been upfront and honest with u since the beginning, been seeing him since early 2007..

I told him the accutane thru everything out of wack... My cholesterol good and bad where off . But my last three months everything was normal which I told him I can get

Then i told him I'm on 80 mg twice a week instead of his 100mg a week. I then said your 100mg a week was only giving me a 245ng/ml

I told him by the end of the week I was bottoming out, he seemed very blind over issue..


He said I'm abusing what he has giving me and I can see my normal general practitioner over issue..

I'm blown away. Then he told me, i would do fine with 1 cc every 3 to 5 weeks.

Wow i said doctor you don't know your stuff and I said I can see another endo in town, i said I would luv to but need a referral and he said ask my gp for it lol

Again this is the doctor I been upfront with everything since 07...

I can see why he resigned you as a patient; you went off of his prescribed drug protocol and he believes you are abusing.

Many Doctors are very concerned about prescribing a controlled substance like Testosterone...perfectly normal behavior in my opinion.

Find a Doctor you can work with.

I told my current doctor I was doing a different dose than prescribed, he went right along with it and my change to injection frequency. Lowered dose eventually but when i told him I noticed big changes in how i felt he let me go right back to where i was before and wrote me a script for 5 refills within like 6 months which i would have only needed 1 in that time. Hope he is still this lenient forever. I know doctors have a responsibility to a person's health, but if we want to fvck ourselves up it should be our business.

True... I'll find another, but I told him the concerns with previous visits and he just left thing as is, the acne, the bloat, the end of the week fall out. 100 mgs once a week didn't work and tried to tell him that but he didn't listen, my current regimen I feel great!!

There is 1 other endo in my area which I will go get a referral to..

He had his mind made up before I walked in, didn't tell him I changed until he already said I can see my gp for the shots lol

My doc was giving me 10 ml vials every month, ( i have like 6 10 ml vials in closet ) which is the good thing, in the end I think since he ran everything and he is just giving me test, he said no reason to see him lol oh well he wasn't very knowledgable in regards to hrt anyway, when I broke out with acne he told me inject 100mg once every two weeks, I told him if i do that, that will make it worse. I just SMH...

This is for the best, but my buddy sees my gp and he don't give him the injects for home he makes him see him every week I'm not doing that!!

Also i told the doctor if I was abusing test it would show a high test level not a 275 ng/ml and me still feeling like shít with his protocol, but again he didn't want to hear nothing

If I wanted to abuse I had it, I haven't worked out in months but look big I guess... I just want the normal feeling you now, not even thinking of using...

Yea I know, I'm not abusing it, just want to feel normal. Been feeling better since I got my sleep apnea fixed
