age 23 4 years training and done some oral cycles i just want to know how much i should take to be on the safe side some ppl say .20 or .25 on a insulin pin and how many times aweek should you take it thanks

I would run 0.25mg eod to start. Then if your still bloated or have gyno symptoms up to 0.5mg eod.
