On my chest, shoulders and back, never had this problem before my cycle, also the acne did not come till the last week of my cycle. Any thoughts?

Try accutane, only thing that got rid of mine 30mg a day did the job for me

I am a big believer in the body wash "Blade" sold at CVS. That along with tanning keeps my cycle acne way down.
