    Question Math handicap needs help calculating macros/cals of a recipe

    So.. I need some direction. Example,,

    I got a recipe for some Thai peanut sauce.

    1 cup Nat PB
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
    1 TBSP cayenne pepper
    1/4 cup Splenda or sugar free syrup


    What is the best way to get accurate macros per ?? serving size?
