I got some blood work done and my doc almost fainted. My good cholesterol was 11. She said 18 was the worst she has seen! My bad cholesterol was elevated, not horribly though. She knows I am on aas, she prescribes me test. At the time I was on test/deca with 3 weeks into my dbol kicker 30mg a day. I dropped the dbol and deca that day and stuck with test 500/week.

I am wondering what does everyone else do to keep their cholesterol In check? I dropped red meat completely, mainly a white fish diet and chicken. I tried to almost eliminate fats and cholesterol for my diet and I have been doing cardio 6 days a week 45 mins + boxing classes. When I bulk I go for 4000cals a day lots of meat =lots of cholesterol. Thanks in advance guys
