Question when trying to get extremely cut should you almost cut carbs out completely ?????

basically when trying to get extremely ripped is it a good idea to have an almost pure protein diet, will use a small amount of carbs before and after training and thats, it like sweet potato or brown rice or oats and defenetly no carbs after 4pm

Ketogenic diet is the diet that some people prefer when trying to cut to the extreme.

It is a diet where you do NOT eat any carbs for prolonged periods of time, you get your energy from fats instead.

You will, however, look flat if you do not ever refeed (carb-load) on ketogenic diet and expect neither the strength nor the pump you get when you are on a high carb diet.

On a personal note, it is NOT a good idea for a natural to be on a ketogenic diet, you will loose muscle unless you are on gear regarding this diet.

Pretty much tried going zero carb last summer and felt like garbage after 3 days. Eventually it starts getting a little easier and I found I could start adding complex carbs and still got pretty cut.
