Other products to help with Test levels, besides full fledge TRT/HRT?

I was YouTube'ing some videos and found one with Flex Wheeler in reference to low t.
Anyone know of or used such product? It's just so sad to see the man go from one extreme to a shell of his former self. Anyone have any advice on such product?

Unless they list ingredients it's probably just a pro-hormone. STAY away from them. Some will actually have a negative effect on your HPTA. Remember, he's selling a product. Yes, he was phenominal as a bodybuilder (I saw him compete) but as most do upon retirement, whether for medical or personal reasons they slow down/cease AAS usage, diet changes as well as lifestyle and they are less the "super-hero" they were before.

Remember, pro-bodybuilding at that level is not a healthy endeavor. Awe inspiring yes, healthy, no. And it cannot be maintained at that level forever. Life catches up to all of us, unfortunately.

Appreciate the heads up. List ingredients? What are some of the better ingredients in OTC products now a days (That you know of)?

flex wheeler is pretty popular for being a real supplement gimmick whore, pardon my french.

but if you are intested in treating low testosterone please stay away from muscle building "supplements".

there are other drugs other than testosterone, such as clomid, anastrozole, HCG but these all require the guidance and prescription from a trained medical professional.

Do you have low test levels atm? Do you have any bloodwork?

Look for supplemnets that can lower SHBG and E2...this will go to increasing your overall serum levels a tad bit.

Exactly what GD said if your looking to improve your own levels naturally. Start supplementing with Vit D right off the bat if you want to improve your free T levels. Other than that, complete BW is the tool to use in conjunction with what HRT recommended.

No, I do not have low test. I know I'm slowly getting older and I know my test is going to drop to a certain degree (Which sucks). I was just kind of curious as to what could be done to assist with keeping t levels somewhat normal with age. Besides full HRT/TRT, I guess one could eat certain foods to help as well...

See that's the answer right there, stop getting older.

B-12 is also good to put in the mix as well as Vit C, it seems to help everything absorb better. Also I would rather go to a Wallgreens, Costco or even Walmart than GNC unless you just like throwing money away. See if you have a Super Supplement in your are or some large vitamin store.
