I am not juicing and have not for a while. I am surprised that the number came out higher than the high end of normal (first time ever). I rarely eat unhealthy stuff and have a fairly well controlled diet. Am 36 years old and otherwise in ok health (have a libido issue which I cannot seem to resolve despite use of PT-141 but that's another story).
Due to the libido issue, I would like to use test in TRT dosages in conjunction with HCG and Arimidex for a few months and see if there is an improvement but the LDL level is a bummer and do not know how to deal with this. Should I be overly concerned if the LDL is 10 percent higher than normal (3.3 mmol/Litre as opposed to 3.0 mmol/Litre)?
Also, should I take some statins to get them down? I know all this requires a doctor's prescription but in the European country that I live in, doctors are notorious for their "faith" in the "natural healing powers of the body." Its a real bummer (don't live in the UK any more).
