What does a lower back pump feel like?

Ime a week into my Test E Dbol Cycle and today my lower back started aching. Doesn't really feel like a pumped muscle but more my spine aching where it attaches to my hip, the ache intensifies when I bend over. Almost like my spine needs to be popped real bad. (already tried it)

You ever done deadlifts? Where your lower back is ****ing tight? That's a lower back pump. What you're describing is either an overtrained or strained lower back muscle/s. Or, you're on 50+mg of Dbol and you have a super intense pump and need some taurine or more water.

I have. But don't know that tight feel. Mine is more of a ache at the bottom of the spine than a tightness of a muscle. Haven't done deads or squats since starting the cycle so I dont think I injured it. Guess Ill wait and see. Thanks

The water retention from the dbol could be exasperating the nerves in the lower back. See how you feel once you're done with the dbol.

A pump is a pump. Feels like tight compact muscle. What you have described sounds like a nerve issue. Does it hurt to simply sit down? Or once you have been seated does it hurt to turn or anything like that. I've aggravated my sciatic nerve twice in my life and what you said kinda sounds like that is a possibility.

I have the same exact pain as you just described. Its from putting strain on your lower back when lifting heavy weights. You know little pain could turn to lot of pain. I'm not sure myself if this is something we should avoid, though the pain goes away after a couple of days until i do squats again.

Yeah, its definitely not a pump from a Dbol.

^most likely what I stated earlier, the cause is probably the Dbol. How much are you taking a day?

If you want a quick fix, continue with the dbol and just take 1-2g of Taurine before you workout.

Ive got the 50mg BD Dbol tabs. Split into 4 pieces and I take 3 of those pieces through out the day. I can never cut the pill perfect, so I guess it ranges from 35-40mg a day.

There are 2 forms of back pumps. The first is muscular (which feels like your lower back or any other muscle is engorged with blood), the other is renal (which feels like your kidneys are aching, since too much blood is being forced through them).
You're probably just suffering from the latter. Taurine should fix either one. Try 5-10 grams.

If you dont know what wont feels like i would say you have been working out all wrong man.. make sure your form is right when your doing dead lifts. Also some weighted hyperextensions will give you a nice pump as well as some stiff legged barbell good mornings... try it out

I just started my dbol about 2 weeks ago and I know exactly what your experiencing because I had exact same thing. I thought it was strained muscle in lower back but wasn't. It infact turned out to be my kidneys and my solution was the taurine. I'm willing to bet anything that's what it is because I just went thru exact same thing. Give it a try and let us know how it helps. Should feel better in 1-2 days of taking taurine.
