Hi, I've just started my first ever cycle, stana only. Just after some questions answered
By people with experience.
I've done some research and read that stana alone is a bad idea, it can really mess up your
Natural test levels and all kinds of other stuff...
I'm 25 weigh about 86kg train 4-5 days a week which consist of weights and half hour cardio.
I've read that pct isn't needed for a stana only cycle, is this true? And would you guys be using creatine with this cycle??
Any other info and experience would be appreciated!!.
