    Hi guys, new member here.. I just joined the forum today.

    Im 25 years old and I’ve been working out for almost 2 years now. my goal is to become a big muscle guy. I work out 5 days a week and even had couple of session with a trainer so I know all about work out routines and nutrition. My body changed a lot in the last 2 years but Im still far from what I want to look like. Im tired of spending money on supplements that doesn’t work and I decided to try anabolic steroids. but I need some information about how to start and what is a good choice for me. I hope you guys will help me to get started!

    bf%


    I think before you make the leap, you should post your diet in the nutrition section. include macros per meal and total macros per day, along with your tdee so we can bench mark against it. I'm sure there will be plenty of healthy critique, which is a good thing, since most coming here and saying their diet is right, in fact, couuld use a lot of work.

    The only real supplements you might want to consider is
    whey protein
    bcaa
    fish oil
    multi
    creatine

    answer the above stat q's and we'll get you started.

    Thanks “mew roman” for your quick respond. My status is, 25 yrs, 5’10” (178 cm), 175 lbs (80 kg). I eat 1600 calories a day, but this it temporary cause I gained fat around my belly and Im trying to lose it. 50% of my calories come from protein, 25% come from carbs, and 25% of my cals come from fats.
    I personally don't focus on the ratios per meal, as long as I know I'm eating a portion of protein, a portion of carbs, and some healthy fats. I focus more on the daily total.
    I’ll post my died on the nutrition section.
    supplements that Im taking are: whey protein, creatine, multivitamins, fish oil and flaxseed oil.
