    my bulking nutrition

Sup everyone, BASICALLY at the risk of looking like a newb/right eegit, I'm going to come on here and ask if my diet is in check, I've done so much reading on this stuff but I want to actually get people's opinions, y'no and see if I've interpreted this well

    Right

I'm 23 years old, 212lbs, 18/19% bf and on a bulk, OBVIOUSLY i don't need to put on any more fat than I already have, so I was wondering if this diet regime would halt any extra fat gain (or even maybe reduce 1/2% of it)

7:00 wake up, take some BCAAs 45 mins cardio (very moderate)
7:45 peanut butter, rye bread, plum, apricots, 40-50g whey
    9:00 workout
10:00 (or straight after) 40-50g whey, banana, nutella on toast
    12:00 130g chicken/turkey, 80g brown basmatti rice, 1 cup of veg, half a pepper
14:30 tin of tuna on rye bread and peanut butter
    17:00 (as 12:00)
19:30 drief fruits and nuts, 40g whey
22:00 pre bed shake (45g protein (mix of whey/milk) with 200ml milk 200ml water and 2 eggs)
    then bed time

so... thoughts? Would I expect to get any good muscle gains or unwanted fat from this diet? My bodytype is kinda between mesomorph and endomorph but definitely more the former than the latter.

    anywho, all opinions welcome

    ta

I only see 2 whole meals in there and the rest is fruits and shakes. I would get more real food.

Also it's going to help everybody help you more if you post up your total cals and macros for each meal.

Yea I was thinkin about that, might actually replace the whey shake in the morning with 2 eggs and 3/4 egg whites, and maybe add another big meal in the late afternoon

Basically what I'm trying to go for per meal is 40g protein, 50-60g carbs and under 20g fat

    7meals?

    All With those macro's?

You will gain fat and plenty. Sorry.

Suggest you read the cutting 101 sticky and do a cut. Bulking at any % bodyfat will result in fat gain. I would never consider a bulk unless I was 12%max.

Really?? Hmm ok, so you think I should get my bf right down to 12%, thing is I assumed doing a bulk would be a good idea cuz I've been out of training now for ages (16 months to be precise) thanks for the info man
