Yep, but sometimes they forget so just go to a drug store and pick up a syringe.

if you live in the USA yes, if you live in Canada, no. if you live in Canada your package will not pass customs with an oral syringe.

i simply hit up the drug store for a 1ml dropper - problem solved.
