    New and want your opinions

Hey guys i am about to start my first cycle with my buddy, We have been recommended to do a 5 week cycle with tbol and mix it with test. can you guys tell me what you think would be the best for decent gain with least side effects and most importantly with the least loss of muscle after stopping the cycle. I weigh 150 im 5,10 been working out or a year or so pretty ripped but cannot gain size. and if this is a good cycle how much should i be doing each day? etc Thanks guys

    Welcome

I personally do not feel you are ready for AAS due to your lack of research and time training. You should be able to easily put on a considerable amount of mass with proper diet and training alone. Not to mention the cycle your buddy is telling you is very vague and not good

    How old are you?

well i have always been rather small guy i have gained 12 pounds of solid muscle just working out with my protein diet and eating properly but i hit a plateau i guess couple months ago, and i am 26 years old, i have read up on pretty much every steroid ive been told would be good, but i just figured if i posted in here i could get some good feedback

Whats your "protein diet" currently look like?

12 pounds of muscle is a great start. A diet may seem good but you never know and many guys here can really help with it. It is amazing what eating right can do for putting on muscle. I really dont think you have built enough of a base to suggest AAS especially knowing what is possible when everything is honed in.

yeah forsure i totally agree, my diet probably isnt the best, but the shitty part is im allergic to fish and seafood so i have to wipe that out, basically i take 3500 calories a day spread out within 3 protein shakes a day and 3 meals i eat breakfast, than around 10 or 11 ill have a shake for a snack, than eat lunch than shake around 2 or 3 and than dinner and a shake in evening.
