You are swimming way too much and lifting way too little, according to your stats, you are lean already but need to build some puppies all over the body, so load up on carbs on day that you train big body parts such legs, chest and lats and cut curbs on day with small body parts. Squat, deadlift and bench press are kings not matter what, get some good lifting experience for quite some time and you will see a difference without juice.
u dont need any steroids for that. with 2 years of solid lifting and then a nice cut, u will look like that. if not better....
At 5.11 165 you should already be close to that. If your 10 precent bf.... just traon for defenition around a year or so. Wont be hard at all

At 25 my stats were very close to yours and I looked a lot like what you see in those pictures. If that is really where you are then you are already very close to achieving your goal. In fact, depending on where you are carrying it, with those stats you could even look better than those guys. I don't know how tall they are but from what I see I wouldn't be surprised at all if they weigh less than 160. If you are not already in that ballpark then you must be guesstimating your bodyfat, right? If so, you really need to have a diet that is more than "pretty clean" to get there. That's the first change I would make. Aside from that, I agree with what others have said, swap your routine so you are lifting 4x per week and swimming 2x per week. With a clean diet and your stats you will get exactly where you want to be pretty quick.
I wouldn't even consider steroids if my goal was to look like that. Why take the legal and health risks when you can get there on your own without too much trouble?
They look good with no shirt on, however... they just look like average joe skinny with a t shirt.

I was Guesstimating my bf % Its higher i'd suppose then 10% here's a pic and i can barely see my abs! i know i'd be considered "lean" but I want a rock hard ripped body like theirs. There's an article where it says that the twins do use gear to get that lean ripped look..but what type of gear?. I've been working out for 3 years now and ended up weighing 190 lbs at the highest three months ago. During that time I was eating every two hours and I did get decent amount off muscle mass but fat as well..i was packing on fat at the same rate i was building muscle. People were starting to call me fat, chunky, chubby so I decided to lose weight (now 163 lbs) I swim a lot, run tons, don't eat a lot so i dont get why i'm not ripped. And I saw the twins in person and they aren't that skinny, there stats are 5'11 180 lbs...so what type of gear do you guys think they use?![]()

You dont need to be on steroids to have that. Steroids arent magic, they can help a bit but you still have to diet right and extrecise. I dont think they are on gear....but wouldnt be surprised if they are.....like i mentioned before regardkess of what they are on, you dont need it.... just train and eat right...look at the nutrition section here. Your almost there anyways....your not trying to get a michael jai white body......these dudes are scrawny but toned

Dude, you are more like 14% bf, drop 5% more and you can be right there. Do 3 and 3 then, swim 3 days a week and lift 3 (with only 10 minutes cardio to warm up,) have a supp based on yohimbe roots so you can target some visceral fat( althoughn some people will disagree) and don't forget to cycle you carbs according to your trainings.

My friend who's on juice told me if I used low dosages of test p in combination with a calorie restricted diet my body fat percentage will drop in no time, plus it'll keep my lean muscle intact ...how true is that??

my bud also suggested an only Anavar cycle 50mg or more a day to help me lower my bf % and build a lil muscle (Of course with a solid diet, training,cardio,etc..was just reading the diet section) So which one would be better to help me lower bf? An only test p cycle? or only Anavar cycle? plus I read test p is the best testosterone that doesn't make you retain water, is test p my best option?
Well, I haven't done any roids yet as I am trying to learn all about it first...but have good knowledge on nutrition and trainning as well, but according to my studies on steroids, you should use NOTHING untill you are 25, specially for that kind of physique, it's not needed at all, it's more like an abercrombie and fitch model kind of thing, lean and mean, just be patient, draw a master plan with a workout and diet routine and follow it religiously and you will get there in no time, don't under eat too much, just control your carbs and fat intakes and up your protein intake up to 1.5 x your body weight, don't stay on calories deficit too radically otherwise you're gonna mess up your natural testosterone levels, try to be on your maintenance calories intake but try to get a daily 500 calories defict based on cardios (such swimming or treadmill, etc). I give you 8 months and you can look better than that....
