Hi there, just a quick question to cause some reflection and insight on DHT. This can turn out to be quite an educative thread-appreciate everyones input. Academic/justified responses~
The hormone testosterone is converted to DHT via 5-Alpha Reductase (steroid metabolism) - is this conversion relatively genetic, I acknowledge one can increase DHT via high fat DIET-but can one with a low fat diet naturally have high DHT levels? what are the determinants and how can one increase DHT hormones naturally as oppose to exogenous forms?
I know DHT can increase via: increasing muscle mass, high fat diet, explosive and enduring workouts.
Any other input is appreciated.
Please dont ask me why I would like to increase DHT unless you want your sexuality questioned. DHT is the primary reason males are masculine.
