So i am new to this.. i just posted some info in the new members section.. but here is the run down. I am 35 150lbs 5'6 , train 6 days a week anyway before all this.
I used to be a competitive athlete. Age and life caught up with me, I still train all the time but now for fun. I was always about being lean now i want a build.. So i have started my first cycle. In my sport i have met and hang out with tons of people on the juice. But I dont know how much bro science to believe. I have been reading tons on here..
One of my good friends convinced me to try micro cycling it.
I am taking sustanon 300 , 1 shot per week. For 3 weeks. then off for 3 weeks.
What is your opinion on this?
I am in no hurry to get monster huge.. i am just trying to be safe. But i dont want to waste my time either.
his idea is that cause its such a low dose and for a short period the side effects would be very minimal.
Anyway.. what are your thoughts? bad? good?
This is week 3, i have already noticed some pretty substantial gains, for me.. But i dont feel like i am ready to stop taking it for 3 weeks.
But i think that is part of the minimal side effects, that after 3 months you would go through some depression when you come off.. where this way you only on it for a short time..
