I weight about 175 LBS 5"11 right now around 10 percent body fat. I am about 30 years old. My body just doesn't seem to recover or grow like it use to when I was 16. I just started training consistently hardcore last 2-3 years. I am cutting up right now though. Going back down to 6 percent body fat like I use to be. I was on a major high calorie diet last 4 months of nothing, but clean calories. Did get some gains maybe like 3-4 LBS of muscle that's about it. Once I get my body fat down again going to increase my calories again (Just not as high) because I packed on some fat around my mid section. Definitely going for more size though.
