Im all tangled up on how many ml of bac water should i use to mix with melatonan 10mg so i can dose up from .25 increments, and what would you guys suggest a starting dose for a girl weighing 135lbs?? Any help would be awesome.

I do 4ml bac water. That way .1ml = 250mcg.
Dose wise, I'm not sure that sex/weight has much to do with dosage but I could be wrong
