Hello, I am a 48 yr old male, 6ft 180 lbs and around 13 % bodyfat. My goal is to reach 200lbs plus. My first cycle consisted of-

750 ml Sus 250 a wk
500 ml Deca a wk

I did not diet very well and only gained about 5lbs of muscle my first cycle.

My diet is up now around 3500 calories plus and 300 grams protien plus. I have started my second cycle and I am currently running 500ml Test E and 500 ml EQ a week and once a week 250 ml of Sus 250 and 250 ml Deca. I have a new vial of Sus 450 that I was planning on substituting for the Sus 250. Should I not mix match Sus and Test E. Should I just stick with running the Test E and up the dose to 750 ml a week and up the deca to 500ml a week. The Test E hurts bad is there anything I can cut it with to lessen the pain. Thanks
