    2nd Cycle guidance appreciated

    Hello,
    First time poster long time lurker...
    32 6foot2 175lb
    Been training for 12 years.

    I recently completed my first cycle of test cyp 400mg plus boldenone 200mg per week for 12 weeks.
    I also followed a pct in accordance with information I found on this site.

    I have to say I was a little disappointed in the time it took before I felt gains, and the minimal gains I achieved.

    I would like to gain some strength and quality size, what would you guys recommend for a second cycle? Should I look at upping the dosage, and possibly adding an oral for the first four weeks so i feel gains quicker?

    Apologies if this is quite vague but I am open to suggestions and feedback.

    hey mate if its your second cycle i would advise you to go with test only again preferbly cyp or e and because of the long ester give it time to work before you see gains and run for 12weeks.your gains should be slow but steady, concentrate on your diet as it plays a massive role in your gains along with the right supplimentation,training and rest!! run some adex along with your cycle such as adex start at .25 eod and adjust if need be..... also wouldnt hurt to use hcg aswell to speed up your recovery and help keep gains........ if you really wanna kick start your cycle run some d-bol for the first 4 weeks, but being only second cycle i would just stick to test......good luck bro hope you use this info ......btern

    Thanks for your reply. How much test should I be looking at each week?
    I guess I was probably expecting a bit much, but the positive is I haven't lost the gains I did make.

    Apologies for lack of diet info in my first post but I'm not a calorie counter as such. I really have knuckled down on my diet over the past 5 years (comes with getting older) and being self employed I have the advantage of being able to cook during the day and eat at regular intervals. I don't eat any junk, only lean meat, fruit and nuts when snacking, and green vegetables. My only vice being 2 coffees a day...

    500mg of test e per week broken into 2 shots say 250mg Monday 250mg Friday seems to work best for me.

    Your previous cycle with the EQ seemed a little ill advised.

    Everything I know about EQ is you need high doses such as 600/800mg a week for 12/15 weeks.

    There's a huge divide with EQ. You either love it or hate it. Me personally I love it I've never taken anything that makes me so hungry before all I wanted to do was eat eat eat its amazing.

    But as for second cycle bro just stick to 500mg test e a week and you won't go far wrong.

    OK thanks for setting me straight. I will stick to 2 x 250mg per week.
    I was starting to get crazy ideas about stacking this that and the other...

    Regarding the EQ, even with that small dosage i have never been so hungry in my life! It was crazy, i could have eaten the wheel of a menstraul cycle....

    Hahaha never heard that one.
    I used to use optimum nutrition serious mass gainer shakes and they were like 1200 calories and after drinking one I just wasn't satisfied when using EQ

    When I get back into the gym I may use EQ again it's probably my favourite
