    Serious Cycle Advice

    I'm new to this forum and am in hope that I can get some quality advice on here. I'm 21, weigh around 86kg and am 180-181cm tall. I have previously trained on and off and am now looking to make a serious commitment to my body and overall well-being. My goals are to significantly lower my body fat %, get a leaner 'cut' look and then bulk up to a decent size. Throwing out the cigarettes in 2 weeks through some medical help and I am also starting a strict but not radical diet. What are the recommended cycles and doses for what I want to acheive? Also what will I need in order to combat any negative side effects? (I have used clenbuterol previously - worked great! What else could you add to assist in -body fat and cutting whilst moving on to a bulk after?)

    i guarantee these guys are going to want to see a detailed diet plan. then they are going to tell you to wait until you are 25 or so to start using AAS. As far as fat loss clen is apparently good as well as some T3 along with a solid diet. properly cycled these should work well for you.

    Stats ht wt bf% how long have you been working out?Plus being 21 you are to young you risk doing serious damage to your endo system.Stick to a good diet.

    Proper use of steroids begins after you have maxed out your natural potential, not when you decide to stop being unhealthy.

    I've heard T3 is a good mix with Clen as well. What I'm wondering is if I should stick to a cut then after I'm happy with results move on to a bulk cycle or is there a way of combining the two? My body fat percentage when I checked a little while ago was between 13-14% - I've been training on and off for two and a half years (extremely busy schedule to stick to gym routine this is why it was not consistent). I've seen guys around my age on the gear with good results, also I don't plan to stick to using roids to acheive my desired look - its something I want to start off with to give me a kick start. I believe seeing good results in a timely fashion will push me to ultimately train harder when I'm off the stuff

    Ask yourself. Whats more important to you when not wanting to wait till your 25.

    2. Living a normal life with no problems caused by using AAS too young.

    1. Or doing damage to your body potentially having to be on hormone replacement therapy for the rest of your life and potentially doing farther damage to your body, all for a few kilos of muscle or fat?

    For the same reasons you are not allowed to drink till your 21 in America, your body/mind is not fully developed enough. Reality is you may do more harm than good, so where is the logic in doing that?
