I just started taking creatine, i have just finished my 4 day 30g/day loading phase and now i start 10g/day maintenance. should i take 5g pre & 5g pwo or 10g pwo only?

I just started taking creatine, i have just finished my 4 day 30g/day loading phase and now i start 10g/day maintenance. should i take 5g pre & 5g pwo or 10g pwo only?
What type of Creatine? Micronised mono? 5g post workout will suffice if so!
