    best stack for me

    what is the best stack for cutting but also adding strength....im 6'2 265...im strong but cant make any gains in weight loss dept...im disabled so cant run or do cardio other than riding a bike and cant seem to stick to a low weight high rep workout...lasts for only couple weeks and then i go hard again...what stack will improve my situation while still adding strength

    im eating bananas/ oranges for snacks...breakfast 5 eggs 2 yokes dry 2 wheat toast 2 turkey sausage....lunch either tuna or chicken salad with 1 tspn light mayo dinner either salmon burgers baked chicken or turkey burgers no bread...im a very picky eater and hate vegetables...i take mega man for vitamins....

    Ok then you be able to drop some weight on your own with training. What's your bf%.

    i dont know...prolly pretty high ive never checked it...id say i need to lost about 40 lbs...

    Then AAS side would be very high most likely. Get your bf% under 15%. Until then concentrate on low carb, high protein, low calorie and well portioned meals. The food you eat is good but maybe eat less of it and train hard. Get your heart rate in the 120-130 rage and keep it there for around 45-60 min. Low intensity is fine. The Fay will melt off. Also read more on the different compounds and get familiar with them and learn as much as you can so that way you are ready you'll k ow what to do. You'll learn a ton by just reading. Use the search alot.

    If your diet is actually as you stated and you bust your ass with cardio, you might want to consider Clen or the like.

    I wouldn't get into any steroids though until your bf% is 15ish.

    I'm sure a vet will post in here with some specific advice... I have no experience with cutting like you are looking into. Head over to the diet section for some tips on what to add and remove from your diet.

    if you cant stick to a diet or a training routine then you shouldnt be using steroids.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    u know how it is u want it now...i used to be good size low bf in early 20s and want it back asap....i did something and the forum page is huge on m pc..anyone had this prblem b4???i posted in the staff but no answer
