Hi Everyone! Ive been reading these forums for awhile and decided to join. I am 37 years old(fck i dont feel that old) and i have been bodybuilding for a year and a half. I was pretty scared of anything injectable and went with 2(weak) cycles of var. I think i got decent results for what it was and got a haredening effect from it i believe. It was hard on my liver though, Well after i ordered a 3rd(sigh) does of var i said screw it and ordered some test e. All i can say is there is a lot of information out there. conflicting half the time. Some of my biggest issues was how to pin it..where to pin it..what size needle to use .. what pct i needed ..gear for sides during. Here is my stats and my cycle
37 years old 5'10" 178lbs(up 6 lbs in last 2 weeks..been eating pretty clean..and eating alot)
I have been taking whey nitric oxide. creatine . just the basic stuff and the var for the last month
Cycle goes like this
10 week cycle
Wed evening 250 mg Test e
Sun morning 250 mg Test e
Exemestane for sides as needed
Clomid for Pct 2 weeks after last pin
My goal of course is to pack on the weight. Get bigger ..lift more.
Im trying to avoid gyno. bloating and emotional roller coasters
I did my 1st pin last night 23g 1inch needle in my right leg. I found some great videos on how to do it and watched it 10 times b4 i did it, thought the needle would freak me out but it went in like butter. was glad to see no blood when i aspirated. I think i may heat it up a lil next time.
I cant lie though. 2 min later when i started getting pain in my leg i was like *gulp* i must of screwed up. As i type this my leg hurts like a mofo.. Glad i didnt do it in the glutes. Id be walking like i got worked over.
Also if any newbies need some 'starter advice' feel free to ask me and i will help if i can .. im not seasoned enough to get irritated with dumb questions yet
Also i will try to keep everyone informed how long this stuff takes to kick in(well when i feel it kick in)

thats depressing and my leg hurts like still.. i have a noticeable limp from it..and if i went to church i wouldnt be able to kneel down. i had a decent workout at the gym today biceps and abs pretty much. my wrists are kinda on the small side and hurt like hell after preacher curls.. any suggestions? also should i add some joint supps for my cycle. and number 2 do i really need fish oil or something for my heart

Third time trying to post! grrr . 4th pin today. Its hard to pin my glutes by myself. I do it standing . Left glute today. I have to twist awkwardly. I use left hand to pin ..right to shoot. I need to check myself for trying to shoot to fast. This is oil not water. THE BAD PART.... I unpin with left hand swing it around and fck! I jab my middle finger on right hand. I pull it out ..it swells up and i ice it. I clean up ..lose a pin cap. then go to the gym. The gym was okay ..maxed out on bench 2.5 lbs each side more ..still progress. doubt its the juice. Weight 181. Prob will get pics tonight and post. progress is in the pics!
