Can anavar be taken twice a day and be ok?
The active half life is 9 hours so if taken 50mg caps morning and night would that make it not work right because its not frequent enough?

I'd like to hear what the vets say but I've known several guys who double up their doses (50 mg x 2) on training days. Usual precautions would apply (lots of water, liver support, etc.). Some people say the gastric reflux is more intense when doses are doubled but is manageable.

I kinda just want to take it at 50mg a day but the ones Im getting are 50mg each. i have 100 tabs at 10mg on hand so i could do 50mg am and 10mg afternoon 10mg night or something.like that.
If i only take them in the am that would mean that they would be out of my system by like 8pm is that not good?

No, you're good. Just take it AM/PM. That's the way to do it.

I have capsules @50mg's and 10mg's. Ive been thinking how i was going to break the 50's up also lol.

I have capsules to. that's what i meant by caps. i think Im just going to break them open and split what's inside into two doses.

^^^ After opening the capsule, put half in one glass and the other half in another. When u want to take ur dose, add water and chug it down

hmmm...thats a pretty good idea. Ive never had to split a cap but If i ever do thats the way to go...

there's no rule that says you must take twice a day.

don't tell anyone, i was taking var at 100mg/day for 6 weeks, saw good results, and only taking in the AM. so sshhhhhhhh! =)

WHy do you say that ? Is cardio harder on anavar? I go thru my slumps - but i thought it was my work schedule...could it be the anavar that make she not want to do cardio? lol is that possible?

I also have the 50 mg caps. Was planning 100mg/Ed with am/pm dose.
