What is your water intake like daily? A lot if arthralgia and myalgia with tren results from dehydration. Pain meds will alleviate the pain but not treat the cause of the pain.

MuscleInk right on....I dealt with all sorts of ache and pains with Tren. Lower back, neck, traps and shoulders. My water intake was horrible. I HATE WATER.....But mixed crystal light into a gallon jug and did me wonders. I will admit I do not get a gallon down a day, maybe twice a week. But would say I get 3/4 of it daily.

I hear that. I'm still training myself to 2 gallons. I think the only way that's going to happen is if I stick an i.v. in my arm and walk around all day hanging saline bags!!! Lol.

I will admit, since pushing myself to drink more water my aches and pains have improved substantially.

Who knows. In a previous thread he states he is 23 and using NPP and test 350. (this was 6/15) now it's tri tren. 210 pounds @ 5.11 and 11% BF. But really strange comments. I'm a bit baffled.
