Neither of those are actual steroids (read the fine print). No liver protection needed.

it is a natural supplement, otherwise called a steroid alternative. It's effects are supposed to be "as~if" based on the label on the bottle. I personally haven't tried any of those, as I"m on trt and prefer good ol' testosterone.
