next, go here and read a few of the diets that some of our experienced members have posted. then adjust according to your goals and tdee requirement. after, post your own diet broke out by macros per meal and total macros per day. include your tdee so we can benchmark agianst it. if you are trying to bulk, then remember your diet needs to be 500+ calories per day OVER your tdee.

soon, you will realize what you need is whole foods and the right kinds/quantities of these foods at the correct macros based on your goals. you will also realize you will not be able to accomplish your goals by "shakes only"
