Hey guys just a quick question:
Should I lower my overall carb intake on 12 weeker (500/wk)?
Example:
Regular training"
Cals: 3300
Prot: 250
Carbs: 350
Fats: 100
Fun Time training:
Cals 3300
Prot: 350
Carbs: 225
Fats: 100
The reason I'm asking is because I've looked around and couldnt find a definitive answer; though i saw Carbs results in slightly more water retention.
Would this be an already breakdown of macro's for 185lb bf is around 11, 5'11? For the first couple of weeks at least

OH also, the reason the cals are so TDEE cals are to low (like 2900) is because outside of exercising I don't get very physical during the day; but boy my workouts go hard
