    need some help with keto contest diet

    hey people, i was going to ask about what cycle i should do but then i saw that the advice to everyone under 25 is go to the diet section. so lets see if i can get some help here.

    6 day split training since november. 4 day spliting since 2009. and been on and off since 2004

    i have recently dropped down in weight and bf at the start of the year i was 210 22% and bloated. im looking at doing a contest in october so i am going to begin prep next week but i would like to get some advice about my diet. id love to get on stage at 5% so im guessing my weight would be around 170ish.

    im going to do the Dave Palumbo Keto diet of 6 meals.

    MEAL #1-
    5 whole eggs (make sure to buy OMEGA-3 EGGS from the supermarket.
    They contain virtually NO saturated fat and tons of good OMEGA-3 fats); add another 4 egg whites to this
    (they don?t need to be the Omega-3 ones; you can use liquid egg whites)

    MEAL #2-
    SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 ? tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar)

    MEAL #3-
    "Fatty Protein Meal": 8oz Salmon, Swordfish, or RED MEAT with a green salad
    (no tomatoes, carrots, or red peppers) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Macadamia nut oil and vinegar

    MEAL #4-
    SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 ? tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar added)

    MEAL #7-
    "Lean Protein Meal": 8oz chicken with 1/2-cup cashew nuts (almonds, or walnuts)

    MEAL #8-
    SHAKE: 50g Whey with 1 ? tablespoon all natural peanut butter

    q1. cant find a protein powder that has 0 carbs and isnt 100 and gives you 20 serves. i have found gaspari myo which is 25g of p per scoop and only 5g of carbs. so when taking 2 scoops it would be 10g all up is this 30g of carbs going to affect the way the diet works?

    q2. would you run this up to the day of the contest? or stop a week out and do a glyogen depelation and refeed?

    q3. stim supplements like pre work outs and thermos..will they effect this diet?

    q4. it says to have a cheat meal every 7 days at meal 6 before bed. what is this? like a pizza then sleep? how does that work i have read up on refeeding but would also like to know if that might be a goer..a 24 hour refeed every 12 days?

    I use this diet and love it. I had to shop around to find a good protein shake that had virtually no carbs in them but they are out there. I don't use any stims because of anxiety issues. As far as your cheat meal that is when you fill up with carbs for the week. Some people go crazy and eat anything they want others keep it in check. Sometimes I will do pasta or even pizza other times I will just down a bunch of oats. I'm on a cycle now so I don't completely follow the outline above because I added oats daily and a PWO carbs.

    okay so the first few days i was out of it but now i am pretty good only problem is im hungry as about 90 mins after a meal. im currently 187 and doing the diet as if i was 200 like recommended but im just hungry. could it have to do with the natty test booster im taking? and any have any suggestions to curb the hunger? and finally im going to do my carb up on day 13 which will involed 2 cups of oatmeal with meal 1 and 7 as the next day is my leg session which is always the hardest :P

    Isopure Zero Carb is the one i take, 22 servings, each has 50g protein at 210 calories!!! Also ive never done or read that diet but i would replace that many shakes with food. 1 shake a day is sufficient not to mention very expensive.....
