Hi there.in a few days time I go into my fasting month, as I'm keen on competing,what do you guys rate would be a good considering I can't eat from sunrise to sunset!

I intend on keeping my water intake up and maybe keeping a MRP in my car(as I can't eat in the open,I'm supposed to be fastin) then at campus gettin a fruitsalad and maybe yoghurt! Do you think doing a course wouldn't be such a good idea while I have to eat like this cause of fasting(I'm muslim-i can't fast I really struggle)
